Can you help find our new home?

Our names are Geoff and Emma and we love animals, we could not turn a blind eye to suffering or abuse, we would cradle a baby bird against the wind or nurse a badger back to health even if it meant not sleeping for days on end.

With each broken wing or burnt tail which crossed our doorstep the dream of having a place where animals could be free from harm grew stronger and stronger. We knew that a house in the suburbs was not the answer to the growing problem of wildlife overpopulation, injuries and general animal abuse. The animals needed a haven.

But havens are not easy to come by; animals of all kinds have lived on the property recovering from almost every form of neglect and abuse you care to dream up.

We have rescued and rehabilitated foxes, deer, Owls, Badgers, goats, ducks, rabbits, geese, birds and, of course, Jasmine. Our compassion is not limited by the boundaries of species.

As the work became harder and space became more limited, there was a dream …a place where the animals would be safe. We know that the only way was to secure a place for the animals.

We are making a plea.

We need land. It is the only way that Jasmine, Barney, Dusk & Dawn, the fox, the owls and all the others will be allowed to live out their lives in the peace. A donation of land is the miracle we need.

You may not stop to help turtles across the road or awaken every 2 hours to feed a 3 week old deer but, perhaps, you still believe that animals deserve a permanent home.

Our dream can become a reality. Ideally we need two acres of land with a two bedroom house … we need to live on site. If this is a rental we need to be able to build aviaries, animal enclosures, fences, gates, etc on it. It would need to be a long tenancy agreement.
